User Responsibilities – Media Optimizer
1. User Responsibilities
Users of Media Optimizer must use the Platform only for lawful purposes and strictly follow Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies.
Fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices are strictly prohibited.
2. Account Security
Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their Media Optimizer account credentials and must immediately report any unauthorized access or security breach.
3. Payments and Billing
Users agree to pay all applicable service fees to Media Optimizer on time. Failure to complete payments may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of services.
4. Data Protection
Users must obtain proper and lawful consent from end-users before sending WhatsApp messages via Media Optimizer and must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws.
5. Compliance with Meta Policies
Users must adhere to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform policies while using Media Optimizer services. Any violation may lead to suspension or termination of access to the WhatsApp Business API.
